Public demo terms of use
Synthetic data only — no PHI
Do not enter, upload, or submit protected health information (PHI), real patient records, insurance identifiers, passwords, or other secrets in this public demo, demo requests, or contact email. Use invented examples that cannot identify a real person.
Permitted evaluation use
Use the public demo to explore ShifAI workflows with synthetic examples and discuss suitability with the team. Use only authorized demo access. Do not access other users’ information, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or upload malicious content.
Do not rely on demo output for real work
Demo output is not medical, legal, or billing advice. Examples, calculations, AI suggestions, and workflow states may be incomplete or inaccurate. Qualified people must independently verify any information before using it outside the demo.
Do not use this demo to submit real claims, make treatment decisions, release payments, bill patients, or send real payer or attorney communications. A displayed success state is not proof of a real submission or transaction.
Production use is a separate decision
This notice does not grant production access or promise availability, financial outcomes, security certification, or support response times. Any production use requires separately reviewed agreements, approved data-handling controls, and appropriate authorization. Contact the team to discuss those requirements before moving beyond synthetic evaluation.
