Public demo privacy notice
Synthetic data only — no PHI
Do not enter, upload, or submit protected health information (PHI), real patient records, insurance identifiers, passwords, or other secrets in this public demo, demo requests, or contact email. Use invented examples that cannot identify a real person.
Information you choose to share
The public demo request form asks for your name, email, practice name, role, claim-volume range, and an optional message. Share only business contact details and non-sensitive evaluation questions. Email contact shares the information you include in your message.
A request for a demonstration is not permission to send patient records. Describe workflows with synthetic examples, not real claims or patient identifiers.
Handling details that need verification
Contact details are requested so the team can discuss a demonstration. This notice does not verify deployment-specific storage, analytics or cookies, service providers, sharing practices, or international transfers. Ask the contact below for current details before sharing information.
Retention periods and deletion timelines are not yet verified in this notice. Do not rely on the demo for storage or assume that closing a browser deletes submitted information.
Questions & information requests
You can ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted using the contact below. Identify the request using your business email and approximate submission date; do not attach patient records or identity documents. Ask for a safe verification method if more information is needed. Applicable rights and handling requirements need owner and counsel review.
Review status & questions
These public demo policies require owner and counsel review before production use. They are not an approved production policy, a customer agreement, or authorization to process patient information.
For questions, contact peter@shifaihealth.com. Keep your message non-sensitive; do not send patient information or credentials.
